Connie Rutledge
FINNOVATION Lab, CEO

With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business management, Connie's expertise ranges from concept design, market analysis, and fundraising to product development, operations, and strategic partnerships. Her passion is supporting innovators with practical advice and strategic analysis so they can recognize their vision in a socially and financially sustainable way.

Tane Danger
Danger Boat Productions, CEO, Co-Founder

Tane Danger is in the business of making good, "thinky" things fun. In 2011, he co-founded Minnesota's best, most-successful, and coincidentally ONLY civics-inspired improv comedy company, The Theater of Public Policy. The show features Tane interviewing newsmakers and thought-leaders live on stage. Then everything they've talked about is brought to life by a cast of country's sharpest improvisers. The success of The Theater of Public Policy led to founding Danger Boat Productions, an event production and creative services firm that helps develop and lead conferences, trainings, tours, and even political debates. Everything they do has one foot in serious substance, and the other in serious fun.

Emma Tuftin
Brio Marketing, Co-founder

Emma Tuftin lives to build authentic relationships between brands and people. In 2018, she co-founded Brio Marketing with Grant Henry and she has never looked back. Emma has insanely small handwriting, is unofficially crowned Tsarina of Trello, and tends to throw verbal confetti when she gets really excited about creative ideas (which is often).
