Art began his career a sales representative for a large consumer products organization. He went on to become a top seller and then moved into sales management. 5 years later he transitioned into Learning & Development. As the head of L&D for 3 different multi-national organizations Art was charged with building training initiatives for thousands of employees globally.

In 1995 started STR Training & Development, an independent training consultancy. For over 20 years Art designed and delivered training initiatives for clients such as AT&T, Union Pacific Railroad, Time-Warner, Rayovac, Novartis, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, Capital One, General Mills, the Minnesota Vikings and many others.

In March of 202 he co-founded Minneapolis Business Mentors. MB Mentors, is a source of small business advice for entrepreneurs and established businesses. It is staffed by 17 experienced executives and business owners. MB Mentors is a volunteer, nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the success of entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Minneapolis area.

• Morgan is a sUAS (drone) Part 107 certified pilot, and is the Founder of Xeo Air (www.xeoair.com) an outsourced AI based drones on demand and data analytics platform for mission management and autonomous capabilities, that connects B2B clients in telecom, catastrophic response, utilities, il and gas, energy, construction, civil infrastructure. • In addition, she is Founder of Airversity Drone Academy + Consulting (www.airversity.com), a training school for both Part 107 exam prep and drone flight and private and public safety consulting. • Working on an AI and training solution in urban air mobility.

Noah Her
Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers, Ramsey County Business Advisor

Noah Her, born and raised in central Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens point with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. He is married and has three wonderful kids that keeps him pretty business when he’s not working. He enjoys fishing, football and hanging out with friends and family. He has helped his parents start a number of family businesses, most notably Wausau World Market. During his time there, he has helped a number of the tenants with their start ups as well. Noah has held many different jobs in customer service support, sales support, outside sales and account management.

Catherine Murphy
Zipnosis, Chief Operating Officer

Catherine Murphy has been with Zipnosis since 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, Catherine has responsibility for Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. She believes strongly in improving the access and affordability of healthcare, so she gets great energy from helping Zipnosis customers launch and realize their virtual care strategies. Prior to joining Zipnosis, Catherine was at Surescripts and had responsibility for EMR and health technology customers as well as launching Surescripts Long Term and Post-Acute Care market. Her background also includes roles at UnitedHealth Group, Lawson Software (now Infor), and techies.com. Catherine has her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
