Robert Keeley
CLA, Senior

Robert has been with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) since 2015 providing assurance, tax, and consulting services to business and their owners in the technology and startup industry within the twin cities region. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Minnesota and graduated from Saint Cloud State University. His experience includes consulting various startup businesses going through equity and debt financing activities.

Rob Weber
Great North Labs, Managing Partner

Rob Weber is a Managing Partner at Great North Labs, an early stage venture fund primarily focused on helping founders launch and scale companies in Minnesota and the upper Midwest. Prior to Great North Labs, Rob co-founder NativeX (formerly named W3i/Freeze.com) in 2000. Rob has been a successful entrepreneur since the age of 16 when he, along with his brothers, launched their first startup. By the age of 20 the Weber brothers had their their basement endeavors into a multi-million-dollar business, and Rob became CEO. In 2006, Rob shared the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award with his twin brother and business partner, Ryan Weber. Rob was also named to the 2007 Inc. "5,000 CEOs Under 30" list.

Sue Marshall
NETZRO, SBC, Founder & CEO

Sue Marshall has spent to majority of her professional career as an entrepreneur and currently the founder and CEO of NETZRO, SBC. NETZRO is a benefit corporation that provides integrated solutions to enhance the food supply chain by transforming unused food byproducts and reharvesting nutrients into new upcycled food ingredients. Sue has entered NETZRO into numerous entrepreneurial contests, accelerators and incubators. She uses her proud range of business experience and education to assist other entrepreneurs with start-ups that desire a focus on socially responsible business models and funding. Sue holds a B.S. in marketing from St. Cloud State University and a Masters degree from University of St. Thomas. She proudly lives and works in Minneapolis, MN—claiming more beach front than its neighboring twin, St. Paul. Sue is partnering with Mother Nature to correct the mistakes of her generation and generations past. She spends her days collaborating with others that share her passion for economic & environmental justice & sustainability while creating socially responsible initiatives. She spends her free time traveling the world in dedication to her role as a world-class mother and wife.

Cody Anderson
Carta, business development

Cody Z Anderson is a Minnesota native who's spent a better part of the past decade in Silicon Valley working with startups. Cody is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and an early employee of Carta (formerly eShares) where he's helped scale the organization from 30 employees, and $1m in recurring revenue, to over 800 employees and $100m in recurring revenue.

Our panel includes a founder with firsthand experience going through various funding activities recently for their startup, as well as an investor who has invested in various startup companies over the years.
