Anna Christenson is a strategic marketing manager at Nextern, a medical device company that collaborates with innovators to create, iterate, optimize, and manufacture medical devices. As strategic marketing manager, she collaborates with Nextern’s partners providing strategy and marketing insights from idea conception through commercialization. Prior to strategic marketing, Anna was a software developer with experience ranging from web development to embedded firmware systems. She received her Master of Science in Medical Device Innovation at the University of Minnesota in 2018. Anna has developed a passion for improving accessibility through digital health solutions driven by her experience in software, her experience at the U of MN, and the Nextern mission.

Formerly a partner at Thomas, McNerney & Partners, a healthcare focused venture capital fund where she led portfolio company investments with a focus on medical technologies, drug delivery, diagnostics and connected devices.
A visionary leader with a track record of driving high-value results, Lydia Zeller is President & CEO of Kiio, a digital therapeutic company providing the easiest and most effective way for health plans and employers to reduce the physical, emotional and financial impacts of musculoskeletal pain in their populations.
Maryam is an entrepreneur and engineer passionate about development of connected health solutions that empower consumers to both monitor and make smart decisions about their health. Maryam co-founded iSono Health with a vision to make personalized breast health monitoring accessible to all women to help with early detection of breast cancer. Maryam has over 15 years of research and industrial experience in design and manufacturing of devices and systems for high volume consumer markets. She has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and a degree in global entrepreneurship at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
