Jodi Alperstein, VP & GM of Twilio Segment, leads a global team of more than 150 people including product management, engineering, design, research and documentation teams. She has worked as a product leader for a wide range of companies and industries, including as Vice President of Product at Credit Karma, Stitch Labs and Roofstock, as well as Head of Product Management, Product Marketing, and Design at Moody's Analytics and as Senior Director of Product Management at E*TRADE Financial. Jodi attended Indiana University in Bloomington, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Telecom and Sociology. She continued her studies at Harvard Business School where she completed the Executive Education Leadership program. She is also a Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner.
