Arun Raman
Blue Hexagon, VP of Cloud


Arun Raman is VP of Cloud and founding engineer at Blue Hexagon, where he leads development of next-gen cloud threat detection and response technology. Arun is a highly cited researcher and inventor with over 50 patents, 14 papers, and 2 book chapters. His work has been widely recognized both in academia and industry, including as an IBM computer architecture highlight. Arun was previously the technical lead of Qualcomm's heterogeneous computing platform for deep learning inference that shipped in millions of mobile devices.

James Wenzel
AWS, Sr Solutions Architect


James Wenzel is a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect who leads the Networking Segment for partners as the Segment Technical lead. He has been with AWS for ~4 years, and has worked in commercial enterprise, public sector enterprise and networking partners. Previous to AWS James has worked in various leadership and technical roles for companies such as IBM, SUN, Xerox, and various startups as well as owning his own company.

Saumitra Das
Blue Hexagon, CTO


Saumitra Das is the CTO and co-founder of Blue Hexagon. As an engineering leader at Qualcomm, he led teams of ML scientists and developers in the development of machine learning based products. He has also worked on machine learning and security at US-CERT, Intel and Microsoft Research. He is a prolific inventor with 368 worldwide and 163 U.S. granted patents and an additional 400 patents pending. He holds an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon and a PhD from Purdue University.
