Dr. Frances Ridley Boykin supports the data analytics strategy for Customer Research and Analytics at AT&T in her role as Director - Advanced Analytics. As part of AT&Ts research and analytics team she works across organizations to deliver data, tools and platforms used to support CX related analytics that help accelerate decision making regarding causal relationships, trigger points, and predictive customer behaviors. In previous roles, Dr. Boykin produced advanced qualitative and quantitative research to fulfill requests to support internal consumer and competitive analysis projects. She engineered data to support customer segmentation and cohort development and synthesized survey respondent results to deliver key customer experience findings for clients and supported machine learning, customer journey, heuristics, and modeling efforts. She also developed a Big Data infrastructure and associated predictive models to assist executive leadership, marketing management, and planning teams with analytics analysis used in supply chain planning. Dr. Boykin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, an Executive Master of Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration and Marketing with a focus on statistical research. She lives in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Alton, and their daughter Brittony.
