Dana Wildeboer is a strategic and creative executive with more than a decade of experience supporting early stage startups and driving economic growth through ecosystem development. She currently leads marketing and community strategy at MassChallenge across the not-for-profit's US programs and global lead gen initiatives. ||The thin red line in Dana's career is her keen ability to navigate chaos in the earliest stages of brand and product development to create experiences that attract and engage a client's ideal customer. Throughout her career she has been part of and led teams that launched global programs, including the TEDx Conference in 2009 at the University of Southern California. From there she moved to lead internal communications at Hulu where she identified and rolled out the best strategies to increase familiarity and transparency across the organization's rapidly growing, multi-national team. Next she went on to build an ""accelerator in a box"" solution that scaled DreamIt Ventures' accelerator programs to 5 locations worldwide. In 2017, Dana joined MassChallenge where she is part of the Texas founding team and has expanded the brand's reach throughout the Lone Star State. ||In her free time, you can find Dana in the gym, on the trails with her family and dogs, or on the yoga mat meditating. She remains one of less than 10 women in history to squat more than 700lbs and a cancer survivor.
