What do you typically help events with?
Planning and coordinating all event activities on behalf of my clients, such as hold the meetings to agree the requirements, provide a proposal, schedule and budget.
Locate the suitable venue; arrange any catering and entertainment.
Oversee the work of all suppliers and solve any last minute problems that arise, especially on-site.
Analyze the performance and monitor any feedback to assess the success. From inception to successful completion, I walk alongside my clients managing every step, so relax and enjoy the event.
Tell me about a recent event you've worked on.
I worked on the Age of Conversation Summit as a Virtual Session Administrator coordinating tech rehearsals and on the day moderation of the virtual room. I was able to be part of the team of volunteers who assisted the organizers in putting together a virtual event in 42 days.
